Tonkatsu Sousu is the dipping sauce served with Japanese style breaded and deep fried meat and seafood. It differs from tempura dipping sauce in that it is sweeter and thicker.

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 tbsp hot mustard

    Method

Combine all the ingredients and stir until smooth in a saucepan over low heat.

    Cool and serve.
